1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attested Intelligence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Attested Intelligence provides cryptographic governance tools including policy artifact creation, runtime integrity enforcement, evidence bundle generation, and offline verification capabilities. Our services are designed for enterprise and government use in critical infrastructure, defense, and AI governance applications.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Reverse engineer our cryptographic implementations
• Misrepresent verification results or evidence bundles
• Use our services to create fraudulent attestations

4. Intellectual Property

Attested Intelligence technology is protected by pending patents (USPTO application filed). All trademarks, service marks, and proprietary technology remain the property of Attested Intelligence. Licensing inquiries should be directed to ip@attestedintelligence.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our cryptographic verification tools are designed to detect tampering and drift, we do not guarantee absolute security or any particular legal outcome. Users should conduct their own security assessments and obtain appropriate legal counsel for their specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Attested Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
